Hawks Get Kirk Hinrich in Five-Player Trade

The Atlanta Hawks have obtained point guard Kirk Hinrich from the Washington Wizards along with Hilton Armstrong in exchange for Mike Bibby, Maurice Evans, rookie Jordan Crawford, and a first-round pick.

The Breakdown

Atlanta Hawks: This is a huge upgrade at point guard and Hinrich's value greatly increases as a result of this deal. Kirk should immediately take over starting point guard duties and his numbers should return closer to the 13.2 points, 1.5 three-pointers, and 5.7 assists he's averaged over his career. Hinrich is a must add in all formats.

Washington Wizards: Bibby's days as a fantasy contributor are all but over as he won't get much run behind prized rookie John Wall. Anyone owning him in standard formats should replace him immediately. Evans may find his way into the rotation, but his value is limited to deeper leagues. Crawford doesn't figure to see much playing time.
