Houston Rockets point guard Aaron Brooks hurt his previously injured ankle and sat out Wednesday's game against Portland. It's uncertain how long he'll be out.
The Breakdown
From what we've seen since Brooks returned, his ankle isn't even close to being fully healed. He has just not been himself and his struggles prove it. He may need to sit a few games to get the ankle closer to 100% before he steps back on the court. Brooks owners will just have to be patient until more news becomes available. It would probably benefit Brooks owners if Aaron sat out for a couple of weeks to heal as he's just not a viable fantasy option right now.
This is also a great time to grab Kyle Lowry. Lowry was the most dropped player last week following Brooks' return. Even with Brooks around, Lowry has continued to start and play well. He's available in just under half of leagues.
