Wolves Starting Line Up Taking Shape

In today's opening preseason game, the Minnesota Timberwolves went with the following as their starters:

Center: Darko Milicic
Power Forward: Kevin Love
Small Forward: Michael Beasley
Shooting Guard: Wesley Johnson
Point Guard: Luke Ridnour

The Breakdown
The decision to have both Beasley and Johnson in the starting line up is surprising. It was thought that Beasley would be used more at power forward and either he or Love would come off the bench. It was also believed that Martell Webster or Corey Brewer would be starting ahead of Johnson.

If this starting line up sticks, it could be a huge boost to Beasley's fantasy value as he'll likely see big minutes. For Johnson, though, he may still have to fend off Webster and Brewer for playing time as there's just not enough minutes to go around for everyone at the wing positions if Beasley is playing primarily at small forward.
