Quentin Richardson Comes to Terms With Magic

Quentin Richardson has joined the Orlando Magic. Contract terms are not immediately known.

The Breakdown
Richardson has been one of the most inconsistent players in fantasy throughout his career. He can have a huge game one night and then lay a total egg the very next game. It appears Richardson will fill a bench role with Matt Barnes most likely leaving and this appears to be a sign the Magic doesn't have plans to match the contract offered to restricted free agent J.J. Reddick. Assuming those 2 players don't return, I expect Mickael Pietrus to move into the starting line up with Richardson being the primary back up at SG and SF. Richardson's mainly contributes in 3s, with decent stats in rebounds and steals. Richardson is too inconsistent to be worth drafting even in many deep leagues. Leave him on the waiver wire unless a serious injury gives him an opportunity to play big minutes.
