Tyreke Evans Cleared to Practice

Sacramento Kings guard Tyreke Evans, who has been out for over a month dealing with plantar fasciitis, has been cleared to return to practice. If all goes well, he could see game action in the next 1-2 weeks.

The Breakdown
If Evans can get back on the court for the final few games of the season, it would be a huge boon to many fantasy squads. This year has been a bit of a letdown for the reigning Rookie of the Year, but he was starting to look like his old self just before the foot injury sidelined him. Tyreke is a constant threat to put up 20 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and a couple of steals on any given night. He's been dropped in many leagues, so pick him up if he's available as long as you can afford to stash him for the next couple of weeks.

Marcus Thornton owners should also keep tabs on Evans' recovery. When Tyreke is back on the court, Thornton stands to lose the most value of anyone on the Kings' roster. Be sure to monitor Thornton's minutes whenever Evans is back in the line up.
