Orlando Magic power forward Brandon Bass was back on the court today after missing six games with an ankle injury. Bass played 30 minutes against the Lakers, tallying 6 points and 8 rebounds.
The Breakdown
Although Bass didn't start, he played heavy minutes and should be back in the starting line up in the near future. Ryan Anderson will likely return to the bench, which may be a blessing in disguise. Anderson was playing quite well as a reserve before Bass went down and he could remain a viable option in standard formats even in a bench role. Anderson owners should evaluate his productivity over the next few games before making a move.
