O.J. Mayo Suspended 10 Games for Positive Drug Test

Memphis Grizzlies sixth man O.J. Mayo has been suspended for the team's next 10 games after testing positive for a banned susbstance. Mayo will be out of action until February 15th.

The Breakdown
It has been a very disappointing season for Mayo and this just makes it even worse. Mayo was barely worth a roster spot in standard leagues and should be dropped following this news. While O.J. is out, Sam Young and Tony Allen should see additional playing time and will have some value in deeper leagues.

It will be interesting to see how the Grizzlies play during Mayo's 10-game suspension. They'll play a home game against Orlando, a home game against the Los Angeles Lakers, a road game at Oklahoma City, and a home game against Denver during that period of time. The games against the Lakers and Oklahoma City occur on consecutive nights. I think the Grizzlies have the potential to go 7-3 during his suspension.
