Time to Add Tracy McGrady

Detroit Pistons guard Tracy McGrady has secured the starting shooting guard spot and has averaged 33.2 minutes in his last five games. During that stretch, McGrady is averaging 14 points, 4.8 assists, and 3.6 rebounds on 50% shooting from the field.

The Breakdown
We're not sure if head coach John Kuester feels McGrady is just the better player or if it's due to recent trade rumors, but T-Mac has pushed Richard Hamilton completely out of the rotation. T-Mac is a great pick up right now as he can contribute great all-around numbers. Because of his injury-riddled history, keep an eye on his health if you decide to roster him. He's available in about two-thirds of leagues.

As for "Rip" Hamilton owners, you'll be forced to hang onto him at least until the trade deadline. It's looking very likely that he's going to be dealt somewhere and he should return to fantasy relevance once he's traded. He's already been dropped in many leagues, so those with deep squads may want to take a gamble on him now as he'll be a hot add if he is indeed traded.
