Marcin Gortat Plays 27 Minutes

Phoenix Suns center Marcin Gortat came off the bench and played 27 minutes today in his second game for his new team. He finished the game with 11 points, 5 rebounds, a steal, and a block. Starter Robin Lopez saw just 10 minutes.

The Breakdown
We're not sure if head coach Alvin Gentry just went with Gortat because he was playing better or if this is a precursor to Marcin moving into the starting line up. Those in need of a big man in standard leagues should make a speculative addition and see how the playing time shakes out. Gortat could have great fantasy value playing starter's minutes in the Suns fast-paced offense.
