Bradon Roy Returns, Wesley Matthews Struggles

After missing a stretch of games due to pain and swelling in his left knee, Portland Trailblazers star Brandon Roy returned to action last night and scored 27 points.

The Breakdown
While Roy played well, the knee still remains a concern for the foreseeable future. The discomfort could return at any time, putting him back on the shelf. We recommend seeking out a trade while Roy is healthy and producing.

Roy's replacement, Wesley Matthews, returned to his bench role and scored just 4 points in 20 minutes. As we previously noted, Matthews' fantasy value hinges on Roy's health. If you're one of the owners who picked up Matthews in a standard league, you'll have to show some patience for the next couple of weeks before making a decision on whether to drop him.
