Brad Miller Plays Well in First Start With Rockets

With Yao Ming suffering a minor injury that will sideline him about a week, the Houston Rockets have turned to veteran Brad Miller as their starting center. Miller responded in his first start with 23 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists.

The Breakdown
Earlier this season, head coach Rick Adelman was going to have Jordan Hill be Yao's primary back up but Hill has just not played well. This opened the door for Miller to be the starter now that Yao's hurt. Given Yao's injury history and the risk that he could get injured once again, Miller is a great speculative pick up in standard and deep formats. He's currently available in over 98% of leagues.
