Roy Hibbert Has Asthma

Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert discovered over the offseason that he had asthma, reports the Indianapolis Star. Hibbert will now use an inhaler to deal with this breathing problem.

The Breakdown
Hibbert played a lot of short stretches last season due to foul trouble and a perceived lack of stamina. Now that Hibbert has discovered the cause of those stamina issues, along with dropping 25 pounds in the offseason, much is expected out of him this season. All the hard work he has put in this offseason could lead him to be one of the biggest surprises in the league this year. If he can at least match his per minute production from last season and stay on the court longer, fantasy owners should see a nice boost in his stats.
