This signing improves Felton's fantasy value considerably. Felton is going from one of the NBA's slowest paced teams to one of its fastest. Felton could put up career high numbers this upcoming year. Last season, he put up 12.1 points, 5.6 assists, and 1.5 steals. Those numbers could jump to 16 points, 7 assists, and 2 steals.
Felton has also been one of the most durable players in the league. In his 5-year NBA career, he has missed a total of 11 games. With no significant back up on the roster,he'll get 35+ minutes a night. Felton will make a big jump in my top 150. Be on the lookout for an update soon.
