James has shown he can contribute in nearly every category. He's been in the starting line up since returning and has slowly seen his minutes rise close to the 30-minute mark. Fantasy owners in deep leagues should be all over him as he's showing great potential. Team managers in standard formats should have James on their radar as he may be worth an add if he continues to improve.
