Udonis Haslem Goes Under the Knife, Out Until at Least March

Miami Heat power forward Udonis Haslem has undergone surgery to repair a torn ligament in his left foot. He's likely done for the season.

The Breakdown
We earlier reported that Haslem would miss only two months because it was initially believed he could recover from the injury without surgery. After seeing a specialist, Udonis opted for the surgery. There's a chance Haslem could return just before the end of the regular season, in time for the fantasy playoffs. If you have an IR slot to play with, you may want to consider keeping Haslem stashed in case he does indeed return this season. If you don't have an IR slot, you should be looking for the best available replacement.
