The Miami Heat have signed Juwan Howard to a contract for the veteran minimum.The Breakdown
The Heat continue to add low cost veterans with their limited budget. Howard could get some minutes as the back up center, but more than likely he'll spend most of the time on the bench. He isn't worth drafting even in the deepest of leagues.
